Return Policy

1. Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns of unused products in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policies. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Return Process:
To start a return, contact our customer service and provide a proof of purchase. We will give you a return address and an authorization number. We are not responsible for returned or lost items.
3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return meets our policy and is accepted, a store credit will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong shipping address. If the package is returned, you will be charged for shipping again.
4. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide you with store credit.
